Shipping: 

All orders are processed in the order they are received.  Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday. Orders received on Friday after 9:00 am EST will be processed the next business day. 


During the Holidays order volume for some carriers may  experience heavy delays in updating tracking information. Our team is working diligently to process orders to ship as quickly as possible, however carrier shipping delays are outside of our control. Once your order receives tracking information, adjustments are unable to be made due to your order being in transit.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States as deemed by the carrier. All orders are shipped via USPS, therefore arrival time will be based on your area and carrier. All products are shipped from Rockford, Illinois.

When you place an order, we will calculate shipping rates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Shipping charges are non-refundable due to these funds being collected by the carrier. Customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

*Free Shipping promotions only apply to the U.S. (excludes Hawaii and P.R.). Order subtotal must meet minimum amount AFTER discounts are taken and before taxes for promotion to apply. 


You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used your store credit will be issued for only the items that meet the return criteria outlined above.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address for their order at the time of ordering.

Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer and reshipping fees must be paid before the order can be reshipped.

Once an order has left the facility and shown delivered the order is complete and no warranties are due.
