Return & Refunds

Orders are refundable via STORE CREDIT ONLY

Returns can only be made up to 3 business days from date of delivery 

The criteria for refunds is as follows: 

  • Return authorization form must be completed
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

Once in receipt and review of your RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and emailed.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a credit at which time you will be notified via email. 

STORE CREDITS are issued electronically and sent via email to the email address used on the original order.

Shipping return items to us:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. All refunds are store credit only.
